RV Lot Rental Information:
Paradise Park has ample-sized lots (26' x 40') for motor homes, 5th wheels and travel trailers. Most rental lots
(colored in blue on the Park Directory) are located on Turquoise and Moonstone Streets.

All lots are full service with 30 and 50 amps.
There is subscription WIFI service
throughout the park. Cable and phone
service are available for an additional charge.
Rental lots can be rented by the day, week,
month or the season.

MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON ARRIVAL. NO
ADJUSTMENT MADE FOR SITE RENT ALREADY
USED. - MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS RENT ON PPI
SITES WITH PERMANENT UNITS ON THEM.
DEPOSIT OF $200.00 REQUIRED FOR
RESERVATIONS. $100.00 WILL BE REFUNDED IF
CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED AT LEAST 60 DAYS
BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE OR DEATH OF
IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER OR MEDICAL
PROBLEM WITH DR'S STATEMENT WITH IN 30
DAYS.
RATES BASED ON PARTY OF 2 OR LESS. $2.25
PER DAY OR $50.00 PER MONTH FOR EXTRA
PERSON.

- $100 per month after 6 months
- 12 months - $2320.00
