Paradise Park is a large senior
recreational park resting on 40 acres
of beautiful prime property right in
the heart of McAllen, Texas. The
park is divided into two sections: RV
Lots and Mobile Home Lots. The RV
section consists of spacious lots that
are either owned by certificate
holders or 45 lots that are for rent
(colored in blue on map) to "seniors"
who want to soak in the warm sunny
weather of southern Texas. Some
certificate holders place park models
on their lots to enjoy as a winter home
while others bring their RV rigs down
to park on the lot. The rest of the
park consists of certificate holders'
mobile homes and the shared park
facilities.
All streets and lots are paved and
most rental lots have a variety of
trees, including orange, grapefruit or
lemon trees for eating enjoyment.
The electric service in the RV section
was updated in 2010 and gas service
in the mobile section will be upgraded
in 2011.
