Paradise Park is a large senior recreational park
resting on 40 acres of beautiful prime property right in
the heart of McAllen, Texas. The park is divided into
two sections: RV and Mobile Homes. The RV section
consists of spacious lots that are either owned by
certificate holders or 45 lots that are for rent (colored
in blue on map) to "seniors" who want to soak in the
warm sunny weather of southern Texas. Some
certificate holders have placed Park Models on their
lot to enjoy as a winter home while others bring their
rigs down to park on the lot. The rest of the park
consists of mobile homes owned by certificate holders
and park facilities.
All streets and lots are paved and most rental lots
have a variety of trees, including succulent orange,
grapefruit and/or lemon trees for eating enjoyment.
